CPP (Cast Polypropylene) and BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) films are high-performance plastic materials widely used in food packaging, adhesive tapes, printing substrates, and other fields. With the increasing demand for environmental protection, the efficient recycling and reuse of their waste films has become a key focus in the industry. This production line is specially designed for the recycling, compaction, and pelletizing of CPP/BOPP films. Through processes such as crushing, cleaning, compaction, and melt extrusion, waste films are transformed into high-purity recycled plastic pellets, achieving resource recycling and reducing environmental pollution.

Core Components

Crushing and Pre-treatment System

  • Powerful Crusher: Adopts a dual-axis shear design for efficient crushing into flake-shaped particles, suitable for high-toughness films.

  • Spiral Compactor: Compresses loose films into high-density blocks under high temperature and pressure, reducing volume and pre-removing volatiles, thus improving melt efficiency.
  • Forced Feeding Device: Ensures uniform feeding into the extruder, preventing bridge blockages.

Extrusion and Pelletizing System

  • Two-stage Extruder:
  • First Stage Melt Extrusion: Equipped with a high-torque screw, low-temperature shear plasticization reduces thermal degradation.
  • Second Stage Filtration and Venting: Multi-layer filter mesh (automatic screen changer) removes micro-impurities, and vacuum venting removes residual volatiles.
  • Underwater Pelletizer: Produces uniform pellets with a diameter of 3-5mm. After cooling, the pellets have low moisture content and can be directly used for downstream production.

Intelligent Control System

  • PLC + Touchscreen Integrated Control: Monitors parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed in real-time, supporting data storage and fault diagnosis.
  • Energy-saving Mode: Automatically adjusts energy consumption to reduce operational costs.
