Compaction and Melting System
- Spiral Compactor: Compresses loose films into high-density blocks under high temperature and pressure, reducing volume and pre-removing volatiles, thus improving melt efficiency.
- Forced Feeding Device: Ensures uniform feeding into the extruder, preventing bridge blockages.
Extrusion and Pelletizing System
- Two-stage Extruder:
- First Stage Melt Extrusion: Equipped with a high-torque screw, low-temperature shear plasticization reduces thermal degradation.
- Second Stage Filtration and Venting: Multi-layer filter mesh (automatic screen changer) removes micro-impurities, and vacuum venting removes residual volatiles.
- Underwater Pelletizer: Produces uniform pellets with a diameter of 3-5mm. After cooling, the pellets have low moisture content and can be directly used for downstream production.
