•Built for Large Pipes: This custom version of our portable shredder easily handles pipes up to 3 meters in length with a maximum diameter of 630mm. It is a perfect solution for facilities dealing with large-scale plastic waste, ensuring effective and efficient recycling.

•High Throughput Capacity: Like our standard model, this customized shredder maintains a high throughput capacity, capable of processing substantial amounts of material quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of busy recycling plants.

•Horizontal Feeding Dock: Outfitted with an intuitive horizontal feeding dock, the system allows for convenient loading of long pipes. A hydraulic arm assists in feeding these into the shredder, ensuring seamless and continuous operation with minimal manual involvement.

•Optimal Size Reduction: The shredder produces regrind sizes around 120mm x 40mm. For finer processing needs, this can be further reduced to under 20mm by passing the regrind through an additional plastic granulator machine, linked by a belt conveyor.
