Das zweistufige PP-PE-Granuliersystem ist für die Verarbeitung von Folien-Mahlgut aus einer Waschanlage konzipiert. Es besteht aus zwei Sätzen Einschneckenextrudern, um sicherzustellen, dass das Endprodukt von höchster Qualität ist. Die von diesem Granuliersystem erzeugten Endprodukte liegen in Form von Pellets/Granulat vor und können direkt in der Produktionslinie für Folienblasen, Rohrextrusion, Kunststoffspritzguss usw. verwendet werden.
Funktionsprinzip
- Feeding. The film regrind is fed into the dosing feeder through a screw conveyor. When the electric current of the extruder exceeds the preset level, the dosing feeder and feeding screw conveyor will halt automatically.
- Plasticization and Degassing. A customized single screw extruder is utilized to gently melt the film regrind. The plastic scraps are thoroughly melted and plasticized in the first stage extruder. The plastic is then extruded by the second stage extruder. With a double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular weight compounds and moisture are effectively removed. This system is particularly suitable for heavily printed films and material with some moisture content.
- Melt Filtration. Following our segmented filtering principle, pre-filtering is completed in the first extruder, while fine filtering is done in the second extruder. This helps to decrease the frequency of replacing filtering sieves.
- Pelletizing. To achieve optimal dried pellets, a die-face water ring pelletizing system is equipped with an advanced dewatering vibration sieve and horizontal-type centrifugal dewatering.
