Princip rada

1. UsitnjavanjeThe process begins with a shredder designed to break down compacted bales of plastic films. The shredded material falls onto a conveyor belt, prepared for the next stage.
2. Wet GranulationThe shredded material enters a wet granulator, where high-speed knives cut it into small flakes. A screen ensures the flake size is suitable for the subsequent densifying process.
3. Spremnik za odvajanje sudopera/plovkaFlakes move to a sink/float tank, which cleans and removes contamination. Plastic film floats while contaminants sink, ensuring effective separation.
4. Squeezing and DensificationThe clean plastic film undergoes densification into irregular pellets using a large screw and heaters, increasing the density to approximately 350-410 kg/m³.

Tehničke specifikacije

The densified material post-squeezing is typically around 50 mm long. For smaller sizes, an additional granulator can be added.
