A customizable screen controls the flake size, and water sprayed into the cutting chamber partially washes the material and acts as a lubricant to reduce friction.
• Superior Cleaning Mechanism: IL Sink/Float Tank serves as an effective cleaning station. Rotating paddles move the plastic flakes along a water-filled tank, allowing contaminants like mud and small stones to sink to the bottom for removal.
• High-Density Output: The cleaned plastic film is then processed by a Squeezer, where it is densified into irregular pellets using a large screw and heaters. This significantly increases the material density to approximately 350-410 kg/m³, optimizing it for storage and transportation.
